Enrolment Steps
Step 1: Please complete this form with information about your child and the type of lessons you are interested in. Once I receive your information, I will email you to schedule a brief phone call. During this call, we will discuss my program and the services I offer. Following our discussion, we will schedule a diagnostic assessment, which can be conducted either in person at my office or online via Google Meet.
Step 2: I will meet with your child at my office or Google Meet to assess their next steps with their learning. I will send the results and a plan a week after.
Step 3: I will provide you with options for programmes. Lesson materials are provided except for pencils, a device and internet for Google Meet Lessons. Please find the options for lessons and costs on the Programme Options page. Payment must be sent to btaylor@fireflies-learning.com atleast 48 hours before the first lesson to allow for adequate time for planning.
Step 4: Upon purchasing a programme, I will provide you with a link to a scheduling page or pages, organied by lesson duration, where you can easily book your lessons based on my availability. After you have scheduled your sessions, I will share a lesson tracker with you. This will allow us to monitor scheduled and completed lessons and enable me to share updates on your child's progress. When booking a lesson, please enter your child's name in the first and last name fields. Should you have any specific requests or adjustments, please feel free to include them in the notes section.
